The Cortland at the Village project consisted of asphalt patching, sealcoating, and restriping throughout a large, active apartment complex. The scope included 222 tons of asphalt binder/topping placed across 1,011 square yards in 13 separate patches, along with the application of 6,693 gallons of sealer covering 334,629 square feet of pavement. The work was completed in 10 total phases, one day dedicated to asphalt patching and nine days for sealcoating and restriping. Due to the size and occupancy of the community, careful planning and communication were critical to success. Our operations team worked closely with the property management staff and a contracted towing company to coordinate vehicle relocation ahead of each phase, ensuring production remained on schedule while minimizing inconvenience to residents. This collaboration allowed us to complete the project efficiently while maintaining safety and accessibility throughout the property.
