This is the 4th ABRA location we completed in 2017. This particular ABRA asphalt parking lot was in the ladder stages of it’s life cycle and as a result, our estimating team designed a scope that reinvigorated the structural integrity of the parking lot which also projected a positive, clean image of the facility. The scope included milling down approx. 3” to the existing base material, paving back with 2” of asphalt binder and 1” of asphalt topping, and restriping all newly paved areas with proper parking lot markings and signage. For the store’s convenience, the milling was completed on a Friday night after hours andrepaved the following day which allowed the store to open for business the following Monday with minimal inconvenience to their customers.
