The Bell Alpharetta project involved a comprehensive scope of work, including the milling and paving of asphalt in two distinct depths: 1.5 inches over an area of 6,821 square yards and 3 inches over 6,560 square yards. Additional tasks included crack filling, sealcoating 118,565 square feet of asphalt, and line striping for 270 parking spaces, 18 ADA spaces, fire lanes, and curbs. The project required a total of 2,350 tons of asphalt, 1,388 gallons of asphalt sealcoat, and 52,840 linear feet of crack fill. To ensure efficient execution, the work was divided into multiple phases: five phases for paving, five for crack sealing, three for sealcoating, and three for line striping.
